During sleep your subconscious mind sorts out all kinds of emotions that our conscious mind doesn't want to deal with when we are awake. I found adrenaline building day by day and knew this was a recipe for disaster.
After several months of successful investing, I decided to take off three months to look at the limiting beliefs that were still lurking around that created a block to taking my trading financial success to the next level.
The first thing I discovered was I needed more patience!
Also I was limiting my belief that I could create more.
As a psychological trading coach, and neuro brain researcher, my quest has been to help rewire our thoughts and replace them with proactive positive ideas.
I discovered that most people, including myself, didn't have the discipline to take out an hour each day to relax, and sit back and listen to a program.
However after extensive testing on my trading coaching clients, we found that during sleep was the best time to defrag our hard drives of a trading virus, and install new software.
Viola, it worked!
Over the past 3 months I create these programs that when played continuously while sleeping shifted new beliefs into my conscious mind.
Made all the difference in creating my new beliefs and returning my sense of humor.
