Trading with High Frequency Music Improves Your Reaction Time
Listen While You Trade with Mind Meld Music
These programs improve your reaction time and keep you in the zone. These highly tuned trading brain frequencies progressively help you trade more efficiently. The higher your brain frequency operates the more quality traders you will seize. You can play them in the background while you trade.
4 Music Programs - Listen While You Trade
These highly tuned frequencies are specifically designed for different types of traders:
Part-Time Traders... For those traders who do not buy and sell actively every day, or are entirely new to trading, I created a slow, melodic frequency program to keep you calm while you learn the nuances of your trading strategies. Even if you purchased an expensive trading system, with alerts for entry and exit, having a calming frequency running in the background will keep you from making anxious, emotional decisions.
Fundamental Analysts... For those of you who spend time analyzing corporate financial statements, management teams, competitive advantages, competitors, sectors, and overall economic factors that may affect the corporation's well being, I developed a different program for you. The frequency tempo and accompanying affirmations are a bit faster than the Part-Time Trading program. Again, this should help you remain calm while making key decisions about your investment future.
Technical Analysts... For daytraders, I have yet another program, much faster than either the Part-Time or Fundamental Analyst programs. The activities of making split second decisions require frequencies that run at the same speed as your thought processes.
Sky's The Limit ... The last background frequency program I developed is for those investors who know no limits to trading, who feel that their earning potential is basically unlimited. While I would not suggest you start by listening to the Sky's the Limit (start with one of the others), gradually, in time, with your neurotransmitters newly awakening, you'll find you have an attitude shift towards the Sky's the Limit. Look at it this way, it's there when you are ready!
Mind Meld Music incorporates the highly tuned trading frequencies and leading edge technology, tones and leads your brain into a special new positive zone. Mind Meld Music can be listened to 24 hours a day and even while sleeping. For best results use Reframe Your Brain and Mind Meld Music together.

Catecholamines, acetylcholine, and vasopressin, are three [among many] of the beneficial hormones and other helpful neuropeptides that are produced in specific brain frequencies. Studies have shown that acetylcholine is vital for long term memory. They have also found that when acetylcholine production [in the brain] is high, we experience boosts in our long-term memory. Individuals who have lower levels of acetylcholine usually struggle with tasks involving learning and memory. At the end of your day listening to Traders Mindset produces the neuropeptide vasopressin – a neuropeptide which improves reaction time, ability to learn, and ability to remember.
It is not only our production of neuropeptides that allows us to learn more effectively we experience decreased blood pressure, heart rate, and our entire body feels relaxed. This boosts the overall oxygen level in our brains and maximizes blood flow to our cortex. This naturally boosts our attention span and level of alertness. Boosted attention and alertness makes it much easier to memorize and learn new things.

Trouble Sleeping?
The possible benefits are even cooler.
A lot of peeps over-hype the possible benefits of subliminals and we’re eager to see more solid scientific research on the effects of auditory subliminals. But, the research on visual priming (aka “visual subliminals”) is almost shockingly cool. Did you know scientifically rigorous, peer-reviewed studies have been done at UCLA (go Bruins!) where college students exposed to visual subliminals of words related to “intelligence” performed significantly better on exams than those exposed to neutral words? That’s stunning.
Again, we’re conservative here, but we get pretty giddy about the possible benefits and we’re excited to offer various subliminal programs—including the Daily Mojo tracks that feature your own personalized affirmations recorded in your own voice underlaid with the binaurals/soothing sounds plus various tracks with affirmations on everything from dealing with procrastination to optimizing your health, creating abundance and generally rockin’ it.

Need A Trading Break?
Take A Break From Trading and . . .
In order to change, we need to change the way we think. To change current behavior, we first mustchange the information stored in the subconscious. For every one input of positive messaging there are 100 bits of negative!
Therefore it is important to ask . . .
How do we reframe our brains?
Think of the following analogy: The subconscious is fertile soil where every seed that is planted is accepted. The more the seed is nurtured, the greater it becomes. Thoughts are the seeds that individuals’ plant in the soil of the subconscious -- what is thought consistently forms a belief system and will thus manifest as reality. We reap what we sow!
The conscious mind is the gardener, who chooses whatever is wanted in the garden – flowers, vegetables or weeds. The gardener needs to choose wisely to have a beautiful garden just as people must choose wisely how they want their futures to grow.
Reframe Your Brain programs are able to produce mind changing stimulation through high frequency technology, without the interference of conscious thought. They bypass the usual resistance in the mind and go right to work at the subconscious level, producing change "from the inside out."
Reframe Your Brain programs are effective because they permit positive messages to reach the subconscious mind, where they can produce positive results without conscious resistance.
The highly tuned frequencies of the Reframe Your Brain programs are designed so that the new positive beliefs and messages are downloaded directly into the subconscious. Soon the negative information contained in the subconscious is replaced by the new beliefs. They literally rescript "previous beliefs," thereby creating positive self-beliefs which begin the cycle of self-fulfillment. When this happens, beliefs that formerly were self-limiting begin to change. As they change, positive results occur.

Subliminal Learning Demonstrated In Human Brain
Although the idea that instrumental learning can occur subconsciously has been around for nearly a century, it had not been unequivocally demonstrated. Now, a new study published by Cell Press in the August 28 issue of the journal Neuron used sophisticated perceptual masking, computational modeling, and neuroimaging to show that instrumental learning can occur in the human brain without conscious processing of contextual cues.

The Science Behind Psychological Trading Barriers
This is not Subliminal. This is not Hypnosis. This is PURE Science.
I ran across the concept that sound frequencies could excite neurotransmitters and reduce the obstacles traders now face: limited trading confidence, second guessing investments, emotionally driven decisions, ignoring trading plans, beating oneself up after losses, ultimately, fear of pulling the trigger altogether.
After months of trial and error, I finally landed upon the precise highly tuned frequencies that excite neurotransmitters in traders, and I created a series of programs that my clients could play in the background while they bought and sold. I had to ensure that these programs would not interfere with their task at hand, trading, in a sense, heard but not heard.
The research on which Tuned Trading Frequency is based was developed by scientists M.L. Lenhardt, Department of Otolaryngology and Biomedical Engineering Program, Medical College of Virginia, and Ruth Skellett, Peter Wang, and Alex M. Clarke, also of the Biomedical Engineering Program, Medical College of Virginia.

Starbucks Experiment - Trading Attention Deficits?
Their research was published in The Journal of Neuroscience.
Abel's group aimed to better Abel's group aimed to better understand the role of the nucleoside adenosine in the hippocampus, the part of the brain associated with memory function.
"For a long time, researchers have known that sleep deprivation results in increased levels of adenosine in the brain, and has this effect from fruit flies to mice to humans." Abel said. "There is accumulating evidence that this adenosine is really the source of a number of the deficits and impact of sleep deprivation, including memory loss and attention deficits. One thing that underscores that evidence is that caffeine is a drug that blocks the effects of adenosine, so we sometimes refer to this as 'the Starbucks experiment.'"
The Road to Trading Success
To achieve trading success, you must be able to pull the trigger and execute your trading plan. This requires confidence in yourself and your trading strategies. Unfortunately, one by one, trading losses eat away at your confidence, leaving you with a gut wrenching feeling in your stomach every time you pull the trigger. So how can you restore your ability to buy and sell?

Getting Angry While Trading? You Can Reset Your Mind
Science Daily
When we get angry, the heart rate, arterial tension and testosterone production increases, cortisol (the stress hormone) decreases, and the left hemisphere of the brain becomes more stimulated. This is indicated by a new investigation lead by scientists from the University of Valencia (UV) that analyses the changes in the brain's cardiovascular, hormonal and asymmetric activation response when we get angry.
Traders Journey teaches you How To Create a TRIGGER to reset Your Emotions While Trading
"Inducing emotions generates profound changes in the autonomous nervous system, which controls the cardiovascular response, and also in the endocrine system. In addition, changes in cerebral activity also occur, especially in the frontal and temporal lobes," Neus Herrero, main author of the study and researcher at UV, explains.
The results, published in the journal Hormones and Behavior, reveal that anger provokes profound changes in the state of mind of the subjects ("they felt angered and had a more negative state of mind") and in different psychobiological parameters. There is an increase in heart rate, arterial tension and testosterone, but the cortisol level decreases.

Working Memory Capacity and Spontaneous Emotion Regulation may help Forex Traders Handle Stress
Science Daily
How useful would it be to anticipate how well someone will control their emotions? To predict how well they might be able to stay calm during stress? To accept critical feedback stoically?
Heath A. Demaree, professor of psychology at Case Western Reserve University, finds clues in what psychologists call "hot" and "cold" psychology.
"People differ with regard to how well they can control their emotions, and one factor that predicts it is non-emotional in nature -- it is a 'cold' cognitive construct," Demaree explains referring to Working Memory Capacity.
Working memory capacity, or WMC, is the "ability to process a stream of information while engaging in a separate task or while being distracted" he said. For example, taking notes during a lecture: you must listen to what the lecturer is saying at the moment, remember what has already been said, and write it down.
People with a high level of working memory capacity were best at using a coping mechanism to make themselves feel better and control negative emotions after being harshly criticized.
This kind of research where "cold" cognitive psychology meets "hot" emotional psychology is a new route providing the foundation for Demaree's recent study: "Working Memory Capacity and Spontaneous Emotion Regulation: High Capacity Predicts Self-Enhancement in Response to Negative Feedback," published in Emotion

Traders Setting Higher Goals More Satisfied?
What Are Your Trading Goals?
Authors Cecile K. Cho (University of California, Riverside) and Venkataramani Johar (Columbia University) compared people who set conservative goals with people who set ambitious goals. They focused on situations in which goals were achieved, and measured the level of satisfaction with the achieved goals.
In one experiment, the researchers asked participants to set a target goal before they collected information on several stocks and picked three. They were then provided with the performance of the three stocks they picked. "When participants find out that their investment goals have been met, those who set a conservative goal are less satisfied than those who set ambitious goals," the authors write. The same was true with a subsequent experiment with puzzles.
"Satisfaction is often driven by comparing the level of performance to a different standard than one's initial goal," the authors write. They found that when participants were reminded of the goals they had set, they reached similar levels of satisfaction, regardless of whether the performance was low or high.

Trend Climbers - Overcome Trading Anxiety & Pull The Trigger
Scientists believe that your brain has a built-in “negativity bias.” In other words, as we evolved over millions of years, dodging sticks and chasing carrots, it was a lot more important to notice, react to, and remember sticks than it was for carrots.
The negativity bias shows up in lots of ways. For example, studies have found that:
• In a relationship, it typically takes five good interactions to make up for a single bad one.
• People will work much harder to avoid losing $100 than they will work to gain the same amount of money.
• Painful experiences are much more memorable than pleasurable ones.
Perhaps this has shown up in your trading as fear of Pulling the Trigger? now you can release those past negative trading feelings and rebuild your confidence.
In your own mind, what do you usually think about at the end of the day? The fifty things that went right, or the one that went wrong? Like the guy who cut you off in traffic, what you wish you had said differently to a co-worker, or the one thing on your To Do list that didn’t get done . . .
Besides the sheer injustice of it, acquiring a big pile of negative experiences in implicit memory banks naturally makes a person more anxious, irritable, and blue.
The result: a brain that is tilted against lasting contentment and fulfillment.
But you don’t have to accept this bias! By tilting toward the good – “good” in the practical sense of that which brings more happiness to oneself and more helpfulness to others – you merely level the playing field.
The negativity bias shows up in lots of ways. For example, studies have found that:

Trading Competition, Is It About YOU? Don't Take It Personally
Is it about you? The Practice Don’t take it personally.
Why?
Here’s an updated parable from the ancient Taoist teacher, Chuang-Tzu: Imagine that you are floating in a canoe on a slow-moving river, having a Sunday picnic with a friend. Suddenly there is a loud thump on the side of the canoe, and it rolls over. You come up sputtering, and what do you see? Somebody has snuck up on your canoe, flipped it over for a joke, and is laughing at you. How do you feel?
OK. Now imagine the exact same situation again: the picnic in a canoe, loud thump, dumped into the river, coming up sputtering, and what do you see? A large submerged log has drifted downstream and bumped into your canoe. This time, how do you feel?
The facts are the same in each case: cold and wet, picnic ruined. But when you feel personally picked on, everything feels worse. The thing is, most of what bumps into us in life – including emotional reactions from others, traffic jams, illness, or mistreatment at work – is like an impersonal log put in motion by 10,000 causes upstream.

Trading Stress Reduced By Drinking Tea?
SYDNEY: Daily cups of tea can help you recover more quickly from the stresses of everyday life by affecting levels of the stress hormone cortisol, a new British study shows.
Published in the international journal Psychopharmacology, the study found that people who drank tea were able to de-stress more quickly than those who drank a tea substitute. Following a stressful event, tea-drinkers also had lower levels of cortisol in their blood when compared with a control group who drank placebo tea.
"Drinking tea has traditionally been associated with stress relief," said co-author Andrew Steptoe, of the Department of Epidemiology and Public Health at University College London. Until now, however, scientific evidence for the relaxing properties of tea has been quite limited, he said.

Day Traders, Walking Correlates With Brain Volume
Walking Correlates With Brain Volume
Seniors committed to walking had larger gray-matter volume and less cognitive impairment years later than those with more sedentary habits, researchers said.
Among 299 cognitively normal participants in the large Cardiovascular Health Study, those in the top quartile of distance walked each week at baseline had markedly higher gray-matter volumes when measured by MRI nine years later compared with participants in the lower three quartiles, according to Kirk Erickson, PhD, of the University of Pittsburgh, and colleagues.Action Points
Note that a large amount of physical activity was necessary to detect a difference in brain structure over a nine-year follow-up period.
Point out that as an observational study, causality cannot be determined and there remains the possiblity of confounding factors.
Direct correlations between weekly walking distance and the likelihood of later diagnosis with mild cognitive impairment or dementia fell just short of statistical significance (P=0.07), they reported online in the Oct. 19 issue of Neurology.
But they did find significant associations between reduced risk of cognitive impairment and increased volume of three gray-matter regions -- the inferior frontal gyrus (OR 1.99, P<0.01), the hippocampal formation (OR 2.01, P<0.009), and the supplementary motor area (OR 2.24, P<0.01).

Power and Choice - Is Trading The Right Choice for YOU?
Power and Choice Are Interchangeable: It's All About Controlling Your Life
ScienceDaily (Apr. 28, 2011) — Having power over others and having choices in your own life share a critical foundation: control, according to a new study published in Psychological Science, a journal of the Association for Psychological Science. The paper finds that people are willing to trade one source of control for the other. For example, if people lack power, they clamor for choice, and if they have an abundance of choice they don't strive as much for power.

Stock Pattern Analysis
Every trader should begin with Part Time Trader (even if you are trading full time). Once your brain has adjusted to this Frequency and you are trading successfully, you can progress through the other three programs, Fundamental Analyst, Technical Analyst and Sky’s the Limit. Listen while you sit and relax, or while you work, while you study, while you read, exercise, and especially while you are trading. You should use these programs as much as possible, and listen anywhere that you either have access to a computer. Headphones are not required. Be sure to trade on the simulator first to give your brain time to adjust to each frequency
Fundamental Analysts...For those of you who spend time analyzing corporate financial statements, management teams, competitive advantages, competitors, sectors, and overall economic factors that may affect the corporation's well being, there is a different program for you. The frequency tempo and accompanying affirmations are a bit faster than the Part-Time Trading program. Again, this should help you remain calm while making key decisions about your investment future.

The Subtle Trap of Trading
I Could Just Trade Forever
Ever hear of a "Runner's High?" Runner's high occurs during long, strenuous workouts, when the level of intensity is high and breathing becomes difficult. It was long thought that endorphins caused this feeling of being able to run forever. But as of late, the endorfin rush has been called into question. Chief Science Officer for the American Council on Exercise, Cedric Bryant, PhD, now says that, "while our circular levels of endorphins might be up, whether that impacts a person's psychological outlook output directly is probably not that likely."
Instead of endorphins, Bryant examines the roll neurotransmitters, especially Dopamine, play in running. "These neurotransmitters also tend to be released and produced in higher concentrations during exercise, so people think that it may be some of these other biochemical substances, aside from the endorphins, that might be responsible for this effect," Bryant said.
You can manage your trading highs as well when you learn to manage your brain.
Think what would it be like to feel you could just trade forever?

Beyond Trading Psychology
Kaayla understood the concept of binaural beats and their limitations. She understood the functions of Dopamine and the cochlea. Now it was time to explore the idea that sound frequencies could directly drive Dopamine receptors. It took her months of trial and error to find the precisely tuned audio frequencies that could stimulate Dopamine levels in traders. She needed to find frequencies that could be heard without the need to be unconscious (or even semi-conscious) while listening, such as hypnosis or some kind of "meditation" state. She needed frequencies that would not interfere with traders buying and selling real time. And she needed the frequencies to run in the background somehow, heard yet not heard, and certainly not the center of attraction. After months of trials, She finally succeeded.

Pure Science Assists Daytraders
Daily life, upsetting emotions, bad trades all contribute to a breakdown in the normal production of healthy brainwave patterns. This is magnified by a stressful trading day where you experienced losing trades, beating yourself up for your emotionally driven decisions. Over time, adverse conditions can accumulate, leading to reduced body function, slow metabolism, poor digestion, inability to focus, self doubt, lack of confidence, and for traders, a unique set of beliefs about trading success, whether founded on truth or not.
The brain is kind of like a computer. After surfing the web and using your email for some time, your computer tends to slow, because internet websites and emails can contain viruses. To fix the computer and get it humming again, you need to "defrag the drive". The brain needs to be "defragged" periodically as well.
Through extensive research and trial and error, I discovered that every emotional trading decision, gut wrenching feeling, self doubt, lack of confidence, inability to pull the trigger, were all being driven by brainwaves, and that brainwaves respond to specific highly tuned frequencies.

Ever find yourself driving your car, arriving at your destination, and not remembering how you got there. You don't even recalling steering at all? The task of driving became so automatic that you could mentally disengage from it. Now, imagine if you could trade in this same automatic state, buying and selling without second guessing every decision, just pulling the trigger at will.

You’ll Never Get Revenge On The Market
You’ll Never Get Revenge On The Market
Have you ever banged your fist on the table, cursing at the computer monitor after making a bad trading decision, asking yourself, "why did I make such a stupid trade? Instead of calmly taking a short walk, closing the trading platform for a while, or reading the headlines, instead you decide to
make it back. You take trades that don’t follow your own trading strategies. You increase the number of shares / contracts you are used to trading with, now far beyond your own comfort zone, only to burn through even more of your brokerage account becoming increasingly frustrated as the day wears on.
As investors, what do we all know...you’ll never get revenge on the Market. I ought to know. I am a professional day trader.
Hello. My name is Kaayla Halen. Not only do I trade full time, for the last 15 years, I have been a one on one trading coach for dozens and dozens of investors. As a trained psychologist, I have worked with all types of traders, from seniors trying to conserve their retirements, novice investors who bought some trading system and haven’t got a clue how to be profitable, even floor traders at the NYSE and CME who buy and sell with millions.
I have heard it all, every excuse for losing the trade that you can imagine, the kids were screaming, my phone rang, my foot itched, my boss yelled at me, I was hung over, I was hungry, I had too much coffee, I did not have enough coffee, I just came back from a long commute, my dog ate the homework, etc. etc. etc. Interestingly enough, the one thing, bar none, they all agree upon, is that, you can never get revenge on the Market. The more money you throw at the Market, the worse it gets. I know I’ve been there, done that. I’m sure you have too.
Here’s the problem: Investors are quick to admit that despite being familiar with profitable buy and sell strategies, hot trading systems, and even money management techniques (stop losses), trading success is still dependent upon your psychological state of mind, also known as trading psychology.
After years of coaching, I can assure you of this: intellect has little to do with your skill as a trader. Trading success is not measured by how smart you are or how many degrees you have from the university. That’s tough to swallow in a society that puts so much emphasis on higher education. Look, I have had clients with PhD’s who still could not invest profitably.
What I am about to reveal to you is based upon my clinical trials, real science. This won’t be your standard mumbo-jumbo, namely, to win you have to have a winning attitude, believe in yourself, tell yourself you can trade, be consistent, be resilient, be whatever. Here’s the science you need to know to be profitable, in one word "Dopamine".
What is Dopamine? Wikipedia defines Dopamine as "a neurotransmitter that controls the flow of information in the brain. Dopamine disorders can cause a decline in neurocognitive, especially memory, attention, and problem solving".
Functions of Dopamine (necessary for active traders):

Here’s the science you need to know to be profitable, in one word "Dopamine".
What is Dopamine? Wikipedia defines Dopamine as "a neurotransmitter that controls the flow of information in the brain. Dopamine disorders can cause a decline in neurocognitive, especially memory, attention, and problem solving".
Functions of Dopamine (necessary for active traders):
- Is critical to the way our brain controls our movements, arms, legs, etc.
- Plays a major role in rigid behaviors
- Affects self confidence
- Is responsible for problem solving
- Is required for healthy sleeping habits, good concentration, sharp memory, and new learning skills
- Plays a major role in cognition (thinking process)
Dopamine levels can be affected by stress, poor nutrition, excessive caffeine and sugar, alcohol abuse, daily life. Remember the trading day you had when you just couldn’t pull the trigger and afterward you beat yourself up for it? You saw the perfect technical analysis setup, but suddenly your concentration slipped, your confidence waned. Then you watched the price action do exactly what you expected it to. Every trading loss adds that much more stress to the brain, and over time, resulting in Dopamine deficiencies. To traders, deficiencies are directly responsible for:
- Reduced trading confidence, second guessing every investment
- Inability to make unemotional trading decisions
- Trading the same losing technical setups again and again
- Failure to learn new trading systems to replace losing ones
- Beating oneself up every time investments go south
- Trying to get even with the Market, overtrading or trading beyond one’s comfort zone
- Ultimately, fear of pulling the trigger altogether
While the brain does have the ability to heal itself to a certain degree, given the degree of negative stimuli the brain is exposed to each and every day, the potential for change from their already rigid trading behavior is limited at best. That is why even with expensive, profitable and proven trading systems, many traders fail.
How can we correct Dopamine deficiency? Surf the internet. There are a variety of treatments recommended to improve Dopamine levels: proper diet (remove sugar, caffeine and saturated fats such as potato chips, eat lots of fruit and vegetables, etc), medication (100 to 500 milligrams of dihydroxyphenylserine (DOPS)), vitamin supplements (C and E).
But after 15 years of working with active traders, and being a trained psychologist, I developed a more precise method of increasing Dopamine levels. Knowing the exact behavioral characteristics of traders, and with dozens and dozens of clinical trials under my belt, I have perfected a totally unique handling to restore your trading skills. I am not talking about improving your diet, taking drugs or spending thousands on expensive vitamin supplements. Nor do I suggest you purchase even more expensive trading systems. This is new science. It is NOT hypnosis.
In my next article, I will explain the new science, not diet and vitamins, but science, to improve Dopamine levels and help you master your own financial destiny. You won’t want to miss that article.

Traders, Yes you can . . . Pulling the Trigger
Though you may not know it or remember it, you’ve likely experienced “a natural high” – when you catch a trend, your body being flooded with the production of endorphins. Each time that you do any form of hard cardiovascular exercise, endorphins are released. Most people have also experienced the benefits of endorphins; whether it be after a long run, basketball game, or great day of trading.
Researchers have also thought that the parts of the brain that are involved in the production of endorphins, are the exact same areas that are involved with memory and learning. One study even proposed that each time we learn – our brain releases endorphins to reward itself and to help us store our memories and also allows you to re-program your beliefs.

Experience . . .Your Traders Journey
Your Traders Journey increases the amount of beneficial neurotransmitters and endorphins in the brain. Serotonin is an extremely helpful neurotransmitter that has been linked to both mental and physical relaxation. Also, certain slower brainwave frequencies produce endorphins which make us feel good – like a “natural high.”
Be Stress Free
This is why each time you tune your brain to specific brain frequencies, they produce different, more helpful neurochemicals . Slowing your brain waves with Stress Free is comparable to sending a direct message to your brain cells to start creating helpful neurochemicals. The concept is easy to understand too. Each time you get a quality night’s sleep, your brain reboots.
When you wake up, you usually feel like hard drive has been scanned and swept clean. That’s because your energy supply was replenished by the Stress Free brain frequency. It produced many helpful, healing hormones and neurotransmitters while you were asleep!
A common benefit to increasing the amount of specific brain frequencies in your brain is to create a feeling of being deeply relaxed. Scientists have found that the brain produces specific hormones and “neuropeptides.”
Brain Fog? Improve Your Cognitive Function While You Sleep
The inability to achieve the deepest level of the sleep cycle, individuals with "brain fog" typically lacks sufficient restorative sleep. In the deeper levels of sleep, called delta wave sleep, a person’s mind is able to assimilate and integrate newly acquired information.
By not getting enough delta wave sleep, the individual’s ability to recall information and operate at a normal level of mental efficiency is impaired.
It is at the deeper levels of sleep (delta wave sleep) that a person's mind conducts its internal "housekeeping". During this phase of sleep, newly acquired information is assimilated and integrated. The inability to get enough restorative deep-level sleep may have an impairing effect on an individual's ability to recall information or operate at a normal level of mental efficiency.
Jane from PA contacted me concerning Fibro Fog and I created a program that she could listen to as I guided her through slow and slower brain wave cycles, down from Beta, Alpha, Theta into Delta. After falling asleep with her recording for several weeks she was able to teach her brain to power down naturally. Now that she is nightly experiencing Delta brainwaves her cognitive thought processes have improved dramatically!
